I just want to take out time to tell you what friendship is to me:

Friendship is lending a helping hand to a total stranger;

Friendship is giving ones time even when it is not convenient;

Friendship is about sharing your resources even when they are limited or practically non- existent;

Friendship is giving me the last money you have (as long as this is not taken for granted);

Friendship is about making someone else feel like he/she matters most in the world; 

Friendship is a pat on the back and open arms to give comfort;

Friendship is that reassuring smile when all seems upside down;

Friendship is about sacrifice in the tightest of seasons;

Friendship is about putting the other person first in spite of your misgivings;

Friendship is about believing in the other person at all times;

Friendship is coping with how annoying you could be sometimes;

Friendship is coping with how annoying I could be sometimes;

Friendship is about accepting a person wholly in spite of his/her faults;

Friendship is about running an errand for someone even when you are upset with him/her;

Friendship is the ability to make one smile even when he/she is down;

Friendship is looking into someone’s eyes and knowing that they would always strive to be there for you;

Friendship is about speaking the truth in love;

Friendship is making allowances for the other person’s differences;

Friendship is about telling the truth even when it seems bitter;

Friendship is telling someone how you feel even when they may not feel the same way;

Friendship is remaining a friend even when things do not turn out the way you wish they would;

Friendship is acknowledging that you are wrong when you have erred;

Friendship is remembering one another in your prayers;

Friendship is sending pride to the land of extinction;

Friendship is continuing to communicate even when ignored;

Friendship is bearing one another’s burdens;

Friendship is doing the right thing;

Friendship is letting go even when it hurts to do so; Friendship is wanting the best for the other person;

Friendship is YOU!!!
