Directions:
Blend turmeric, ginger, and garlic.
Pour the mix into a pot and add water.
Add a whole cinnamon stick to the mix and bring it to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add honey.
Whisk together the mixture and then sieve (optional) to get a fine tea.
Store it in a flask to keep it hot.
When drinking the tea, squeeze in lemon (optional).
